Refund Policy
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Return requests are only accepted within 30 days of purchase. Some products, such as gift cards and opened blind boxes, are non-refundable.
Return Procedure
Please email our customer service team with your order number, product details, and reason for return. Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours and guide you through the process.
Applicable Conditions for Returns and Refunds
- Damaged or Defective Products: If an item is damaged or defective, we will offer a refund or replacement. Photo or video evidence is required.
- Incorrect Item Shipped: If you received the wrong item, we will ship the correct product or issue a refund. Proof is required.
- Change of Mind: Returns due to personal preference are accepted, but customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Only the product cost will be refunded. Photo or video proof of the item in its original condition is required.
- Opened Blind Boxes: Blind box products cannot be returned or refunded once opened, unless they are damaged or defective.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: We only cover packages lost before the carrier marks them as “Delivered.” Packages marked as delivered but missing afterward are not eligible for compensation.
Refund Processing
- Orders that have not been shipped are eligible for a full refund.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items qualify for a full refund.
- For change-of-mind returns, the initial shipping fee is non-refundable.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3 business days.
Shipping Fees
If the return is due to a product defect, damage, or our error, we will cover the return shipping cost. For other reasons, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
